The software

KERMI apps are Windows desktop programs. We license them to you; we do not sell them. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use the software for the plan you have chosen. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or bypass the licence checks, except where the law allows.

Accounts, trials and subscriptions

Paid features need an account and an active subscription. Vexa is a monthly subscription. Before you subscribe you can try each Vexa feature once for free, using a free account so that the trial is counted fairly. Rota is completely free for your first month (every feature, no limits, free account, no card). The month starts when you first sign in to Rota, once per account and per device. After that it needs a Rota subscription at the monthly price on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time. Prices and billing periods are shown on the pricing page and at checkout before you pay, and subscriptions renew at the end of each period until you cancel.

Licence checks, reminders and offline use

Our apps verify your subscription using a signed licence stored on your PC. The app checks it periodically, and can keep working offline for a limited time between checks. We remind you inside the app 3 days before your subscription ends. When a subscription has ended or is cancelled, or if a licence is withdrawn for a breach of these terms, access to the paid features stops at the next check, even if the PC is offline.

One-day courtesy extension

As a gesture of respect for your time and your work, we may offer a one-time extension of one day after your subscription ends, so you can finish what you are doing and renew calmly. It is a gift from KERMI, it is not a right, it is not repeated, and it does not change your billing.

Payments

Payments are processed by our payment partner using the methods shown at checkout. By paying you authorise the charge for the plan you selected. Refunds (available within 24 hours of payment) and cancellation are described in our Refunds & Cancellation page.

Founders offer

Our first 50 customers in Egypt receive 40% off the subscription price for their first 12 months. The offer is applied automatically to customers who pay in Egyptian pounds through our payment partner, it is limited to one per customer, and it ends when the 50 places are taken. After the first 12 months the regular price applies and we remind you before the renewal. We may change or end the offer for future customers, but never for customers who already received it.

Your content

Your files stay on your PC and remain yours. KERMI does not claim any rights over them. You are responsible for having the right to process the files you use with our apps.

Acceptable use

Do not use our software or services to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, to attack or overload our systems, or to share your account in ways the plan does not allow.

Warranty and liability

We work hard to keep the software reliable, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, KERMI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Keep backups of your important files.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent courts of Egypt have jurisdiction, without affecting any consumer rights you have by law.
