Cancel any time

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel after the refund window below, your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and it will not renew after that. We will remind you inside the app 3 days before your access ends.

Free trials

Vexa: every feature can be tried once for free before you subscribe. Rota: your first month is completely free, with every feature and no limits. You are not charged for what is free, and you can cancel before a paid period starts.

Refunds within 24 hours

You can ask for a refund within 24 hours of the payment date and we will refund that payment. This applies to a first payment and to a renewal. After 24 hours payments are not refunded, but you can still cancel and keep your access until the end of the paid period.

How to ask

Write to us from the email on your account with your plan and the payment date, within the 24 hours. We reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or wallet and is usually 5 to 14 business days.

What is not refunded

The one-day courtesy extension is a free gift and has no value to refund. We may decline requests that show abuse, such as repeated refunds of the same plan.
