Who we are

“KERMI”, “we” and “us” mean the KERMI software brand, which makes Vexa, Rota and related products and operates from Egypt. This policy explains what we collect on kermi.com and in our apps, why, and your choices.

What we collect

• When you contact us or ask for early access: your name, email address and the message you send.
• Account and subscription (when you create an account): your email, plan, subscription status and dates, and a device identifier (stored as a one-way hash) used to check your licence and enforce device limits.
• Payments: payments are handled by our payment partner. We receive the payment status and a reference, never your full card number.
• On this website: your language and theme choices are saved in your own browser only. We do not use advertising trackers.

Your files stay on your PC

Vexa and Rota process your images, documents, audio and video locally. Your files are not uploaded to us. When an app checks your licence, it sends only your account identifier, a device identifier, the app version and the licence status.

Third-party services

To run the site and service we rely on providers for hosting, database and sign-in, email, and card payments. They process data only on our behalf. Pages also load fonts and scripts from public content networks (for example Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr), which can see your IP address when your browser requests them.

How long we keep data

We keep account and subscription data while your account is active and for as long as the law or our accounting needs require afterwards. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to close your account. We respond under the data-protection laws that apply to you, including Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020). Use the contact link below.

Security and children

We use encrypted connections and restrict access to data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password. Our services are not directed to children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email.
